Letter to the Commission on the use of the SIS in the case of Ms Kozlovska

Together with Mr Guy Verhofstadt, Sophie in 't Veld wrote a letter to the Commission on the use of the SIS by Poland in the case of Ms Kozlovska. There are indications that this is a political misuse of an EU database for law enforcement cooperation.
