Letter to the Commission about the lack of implementation of the EU litigation fund

Sophie in 't Veld wrote a letter to Commissioner Ms Jourova today to urge the Commission to quickly implement the EU litigation fund. This fund, for which In 't Veld won the backing of the European Parliament in October 2017, has still not been launched by the European Commission.
